CHAPTER 2
What problems or conflicts are presented in chapter one?Toa looses the rabbit and Volt told Tao that he was not welcome to the clan withtuot the rabbit.
Predict the resolution of each conflict.I think that toa will find the rabitt and go back to his clan.
What two important events happend in this chapter?Tao finds a wolf dog.And Toa tries to help him take a sliver of bone jammed in his upper jaw.
Chapter 3
What do Tao and Ram learn to do together?They learn to hunt food.
What dessisions does Tao tell Volt?He tell's him that he will hunt food for the clan.
Chapter 8
When someone is dieing and you have to get them to the hospitals.But the speed limit is only 35.Your going to have to break the rules because that person cant just die.So you think that you should go at 85 mph.You just broke the rule.But it was it a emergancy that person had to go to the hospitals.It's ok because you were helping someone in danger.But ou still got a ticket.
Chapter 9
Why do you think Graybeard changed his mind?Mabey because he had the same expirience when he was young.And maybe his dad dident let Graybeard paint in caves.And maybe he feels bad for Tao.
What does this tell you about his character?That he likes to change his mind alot.And he dosent think right at the moment,and is not really sure about his dessisions.
Chapter 11
Do you think Graybeard is a good teacher?Why?Yes he is a good teacher,because he is teaching Tao how to paint and explaining it to him.He can be bossy sometimes but he teachesTao good.
Would you want to have been taught by Graybeard?Why?No because he is kind of bossy and wamts every thing perfect.And because painting in caves is not what we do now in days ,it's not modern.So i would'ent want Graybeard as my teacher.

Response:Steffie had a friend named Quentin that was very nerdy and wierd looking.But they were only friends when they were not in school.The only reason they weren't friends is school is because Steffie had cool friends that diden't like Quentin because of who he was and how he looked.So then Steffie tells Quentin that she has bien doing something domb all along,listening to Olivia.
Opinion:I think Steffie should have never listened to Olivia because she could have lost a good friend like Quentin for listening to her.If i had a friend who was kind of wierd and nobody liked her i would still be friends with her because it dosen't matter what's on the outside what matters is what is in the inside, for the person they really are.

Response:Steffie learned a lesson about keeping her feelings or saying them to other people about who she liked.Because all this time she was lieing to her friends about who she liked.She was doing this because Olivia had a little girl clumb for her best friends only on thursedays and every time you had to say who you liked you could only menchine him three times.
Opinion:I think she did wrong to listen to Olivia in the first place because it was wrong.I also think she could have stood up to Olivia and say I don't like anyone so count me out.Also she could have been making it all up maybe she liked some one who she thought Olivia woulden't like.

Response:Louisa likes this boy named Luke in her homeroom and wants to ask him to the dance because only the girls can ask the boys out to the dance.So she writes a practice note to him on a green post-it then she relises it sounds to dumb so on her way to the trash she bumps into a wierd ugly boy and th post-it got stuck to his ellbow.Then she finds out it got stuck to him...to late because now he thinks Louisa wants him to go to the dance with him but she dosen't.Then he goes up to her and says yes but Louisa dosen't say anything to him because she dosen't want to hurt his feelings.
Opinion:I think Louisa should have told him the truth because at the end she is going to hurt his feelings even more.

Response:He lied because the girl he wanted to go with did not ask him.So at the dance the boy she went with knew she was looking for Luke so he told her the things he heard.
Opinion:I think it was her luke wanted to go with to the dance that's why he said no to every one else that asked him. Louisa should have told the boy in the first place maybe she wanted could have gone with Luke.

Response:Elsie had created a little man out of a big lump of clay when she was making it she felt like she was giving it life.And everytime her teacher or her friend wanted to see it she kept destroying it.then there was only five minutes until the bell rung for nutrition and quickly built it again and showed the teacher he gave her an A+.Every time she thought she wasen't good at art ,but she was great.
Opinion: I think You just have to believe in your self like Elsie did at the end of the story.Don't say you can't do it if you never tried to.

Response:Tere and her friend were at the mall and Tere saw these really pretty butterfly clips that vshe liked so much but they were $5 and Tere only had$10 so then Tere's friend told her to steal them instead of buying them but Tere told her it woulden't be wright to steal them. Opinion:I really hope she dosen't steal the clips because she might get caught

Opinion:I think she was under pear preasure because her friend kept telling her to quickley put it in her purse.She just wanted to be cool like her friend so she thought if she stole the clips her friend would think she's cool.I would never steal any thing to be popular or for any other reason.But Tere was under pear presure under that time so she diden't really think of the consiquences that would happen if she stole the hair clips.

Response:Faith and her friend Priscilla went through Faith's grand fathers suit case because her grandfather is a magician.Then Faith's little sister comes in and sees her looking through and tells her she is going to tell on them but then Faith told her she was giong to show her a magic trick and Faith's little sisters says ok.Then she was trying to make the magic trick work by putting magic powder on the fake bunny to turn it into a real one.But she also turned a unicorn,the rabbit,a tiger, her barbie dolls and a fake dragon into life.
Opinion:I think she should have never gone through her grandfathers stuff.I think she's going to be in big trouble.In the first place I would have never done that if my grandfather was a magician.

Response:Faith sent Priscilla to watch the dolls while she tried to find out a way to undo the spell.Then the dolls started to make fun of Priscilla and Faith just because they diden't want to give the dolls food or get them out of the boxes they were in.Faith always kept them in the box because if she took them out they would get all dirty and thier hair would get all out of shape.At the end she broke the spell by telling her grandfather what happened.
Opinion:I choose this quote because I found it really funny.I think Priscilla should have stood up for herself.

Response: Annie was at camp and when she and her family left there was a green pail on the porch nobody else noticed it but her.At that mment Annie started to think about it maybe it was something special.
Opinion:I think I agree with Annie maybe it is something special. Maybe it will help her in some kind of way or maybe it has to do with something special from her childhood .

Response:Annie's phone wrang and her father picked it up and a father of one of the girl she hates told hm that Annie was laughing at his daughter because of the scars on her legs from a bike accident the girl had.Then Annie got in trouble for no reason because she diden't do any thing and that girl lied because she diden't want Annie to go to Annie's best friends party because the boy they both liked was going to go.Annie's father diden't believe her and grounded her.Then her dad fell asleep and Annie's mom let her go to the party her and the boy she liked had a great time at the party.
Opinion:I think her dad should have listened to Annie because she was telling the truth not the other girl but any way she still went to the party.I think her dad should have believed her because Annie's his daughter.

Response:MR.Turnpike diden't like lucy just becayse she was poor because her mom died when she was barley born and her dad was very sick with an illness.Mr. Turnpike kept making fun of her house and her clothes.
I think Mr.Turnpike was very mean to say that about Lucy because Lucy's mother died when she had Lucy and her dad was sick so he coulden't work to get money for them.I would never make fun of a person who lost thier mother or that was poor.

Opinion:I really want to know what's going to happen next.I think she'll go to the ceremony and solve the royal clue on her way to the stadium.I think Mr. Turnpike is taking atvantage of her because he see's her like the smallest in the class.SHE'S NOT HIS SLAVE!

Response:Lucy solved the clue by finding clues around the posters that said ''SECRETS".In between each letters she found little pieces of carbord with words on them.Then she ran back quickley to the stadium and said the clue the King was shocked she had found the Royal Clue it was "The in-between girl".Then Mr.Turnpike said he had told Lucy the Royal Clue and then Lucy's class mates told the Royal family the truth and then they put Mr Turnpike to live in a cardboard box and go everyday to go leave presents to the poor people.Then the Queen told him that way he will get rid of his alergie to poor people.He also got punished that way because he threw the Princess and Lucy to the floor.The winner who solved the Royal Clue would get a estate in the southern climes.On the estate was a small castel a mapel-tree orchard,an ice-skating rink,and a vineyard.Lucy's father would get cured by taking mapel candy in the southern climes.
Opinion:I think it was good they made him live in a cardboard box so then Lucy can make fun of him and he could feel what Lucy felt when he made fun of her.And I also think it's funny that he got to live in a card board box that's what he get's for making fun of Lucy pay -back.I feel happy for Lucy because her father can get cured and she can live in a better place and eat something for once and get better clothes for herself.

Response: Renee's parents told her that they had just gotten a divorce and they decided to tell her until she past the 8 th grade so it woulden't affect her grades in school.But then Renee said why dident you tell me this before because her mom told her that they were going to move to her mom's old childood home in Ohio. But Renee diden't want to moe she wanted to stay with her dad.
Opinion:I think Renee's dad should let her stay with him.Because I understand that she has her friends and some of her dad's family where she's living now.So it's going to be hard for her to move some where else.If I were her I woulden't want to move either.I have ever moved to another place or house either.

Response:Renee moved into the basement because she diden't want her mom's old room.Then her mom went up to the basement but diden't want to go in at all.Then Renee told her why she thought the basement was haunted and Renee's mom told her because her grandma's grandma used to tell her scary stories about hearing noises in the basement.
Opinion:I think Renee's mom just told her that because she wanted Rennee to be in her old room instead of the basement.She maybe just made up lies to get her daughter to go to her old room.Or maybe she is telling her the truth about hearing wierd creepy noises in the basement.

Response:Renee used to have a T-shirt that had a little cartoon character on a shirt she really liked but then after she wore it to much it faded and riped so her mom told her to throw it away.Renee put the picture on her drawer.Then she asked herself "I wonder if any thing lasts.
Opinion:If I were her mom I would have let her keep the shirt as a memory when she was small.Although nothing really lasts for ever.

Response:When Renne was going to hang up her art work she leaded against the wall and 4 seconds later the wall moved and Renne fell of the chair onto the floor the painting broke and alot of pieces fell on Renee and then her mother called Renee's mom said Renne are you ok...
Opinion:I think it might have been the ghost her mom told her mom about.Maybe the ghost diden't want Renne to move in so the ghost tried to haunt her away.Maybe it's her great grand mother's spirt that is holding her back from moving in so Tenne could go to her mom's childhood room.If I were Renee I would be really scared I would get out of the basement as soon as posible because I would be scared to sleep in the dark at night all alone in a basement under the house.

Response:When Renee fell a big opening poped out and a secret door appeared and also when Renee's mom came down to check on her she made a face like if she has seen a ghost.Then Renee and her mom went inside the door they found a little room.Then Renee's mom told her daughter the whole story about why every boby thought the basement was haughted.
Opinion:I think the ghost Renee's mom saw maybe was the people that died there.I think it's cool that they have a part of the Under Ground Railroad in there house.

Response:Bella was invisible because of how she looked.She always says a cardboard box makes a bigger impression than her.Her parents were know all over the place because they were both psychiatrists.
Opinion:I wonder how Bella can not be popular if her parents are really popular.I think Bella shoulden't the way she thinks about her self because maybe other people think she's not that way.

Response:On Bella's 13th birthday she had a special visitor that left her a box and then suddenly dissapeared into a pile of black dust.Quickly Bella ran to her room and opened the box inside was a letter that said "Dearest Bella, How time does fly.It seems only yesterday I promised to protect you from that curse Great-Aunt Lycosa put on you.Your mother really should have invited her to the party.
xxxx Great-Aunt Tarantura.Then Bella started to think about the letter and ask her self questions.
Opinion:I think her mom was hiding some thing from Bella because maybe she had something against her Great-Aunt Lycosa.I think her Great-Aunt gave her a curse to be invisible because almost nobody see's her or pays attention to her.

Response:When Renee was born her parents threw a party they invited six of Renee's seven Great-Aunts they only invited Tarantula,Nephila,Aranea,Atrax,Marpessa,and Agelena.Each of her Great-Aunts gave her a present-math skills,good ankles that sort of thing-when Lycosa burst in.Lycosa gave her the invisibility curse.
Opinion:This story remineds me of Sleeping Buety because when she's born her fairy good mothers give her buety and other stuff and then the witch comes in and gives her a curse.I think it was wrong for Bella's mother to not invite Lycosa to the party because Lycosa is part of the family.

Response:Bella broke the curse because the bogeymen that Tarantula sent her by taping him in a picture and then when Bella got the painting the bogeymen came to life.then he kept doing bad stuff to her parents and kids who made fun of her or left her out.Then one day when Bella was going to school on the bus three girls in front of her were making fun of her because she was talking to her self but she wasen't she was talking to the bogeymen.Then he spread powder on every exept him and Bella then the parametics came and the girls blamed it all on her.When Bella got home her parents told her the whole truth.Then the bogeymen left and Bella had broken the curse.all she needed to do was make everybody pay attention to her by doing something bad.
Opinion:I think it was kind of weird to break the curse that way because coulden't she have done something else to break the curse like doing something or saying some thing to people.

Response:Daisy made a new friend named Bea Blue because one day Bea went up to her and told her so far from the way she acted Bea thought she was a good friend so she told her a big secret about her dad getting caught steeling money from the store he worked at and he went to jail and her mom was planning to get divorced.And Bea was part of the cool group but she diden't trust the other girl's so then Daisy thought if she told one of the other girls that she knew a secret about Bea that girl will follow Daisy and want to be friends with her.But then Daisy thought to herself how she feel if someone did that to her so at the end Daisy diden't do anything and her and Bea became best friends.
Opinion:I think what Daisy was going to do at first was wrong but then I am glad she changed her mined and diden't to that.

Response:Ever since Harry got home from hogwarts school of witch craft and wizardness his uncle had treated him really bad.And he coulden't say anyything bad to his cousin Dudley.And for the special dinner his Uncle Vernom had with the Mason's he told Harry he had to stay in his room without making noise.They don't lock him up because he might turn them into beetels.But they don't know he can't use magic out of school.
Opinion:I think his uncle and his family are jelouse that Harry has magic and thay don't.I think it's mean of them not to include Harry in the family.

Response:This little creature appeared on Harry's bed and it caused alot of trouble it's name was Dobby Dobby was hiding all the letters Harry's friends kept sending him and he woulden't give them to Harry unless he promised never to go to Hogwarts again but Harry said no so then Dobby went to the living room where the Masons and his Aunt Petunia and Uncle Vernon with Dudley were eating and he caused a big mess and Harry got blamed for it.So they locked him up in his room and but bars on his window and only let him us the restroom twice and only fed him three times a day cold soup.
Opinion:I think they shoulden't be that mean to Harry because it wasen't his fault although they don't know that.But Harry should be treated differently because what if they were Harry how they feel if Harry was doing it to them i bet they woulden't like it either so they should really treat him differently.If I were Harry I woulden't like it either I woulden't ike to be treated that way.I would fell angry,sad and lonley.

Response:Hermonie wrote a letter to Ron telling him not to do anything illegal to get Harry but she dosen't know that he drove his dad's car that could fly and Ron and his brother's went all the way to Harry's house and took Harry to his house.And in there place it was illegal.When Ron got home with Harry and his brothers' there mom got mad at them and told thier dad thier dad told them that was bad of them.And since thier dad diden't punish then thier mom told them to go de-gnome the garden.
Opinion:I think it was kind of cool that Ron went to get Harry in a car that could fly.And it was also bad but it was a could for a good cause because the way they were treating Harry at his uncles house was unfair.I think the punishment thier mom gave them wasen't that hard because the only thing they had to do was get the gnomes and get them dizzy so they could stay in the garden.The way they did that was to flip them upside down and they would spin to try to get down so they got dizzy.That would be kind of hard if you diden't know how to do that.I wonder what kind of trouble Harry will get in because Ron and his brothers'

Response:Harry got lost in a wierd place that was not Diagon Alley.What happened was that Ron's family and Harry were going to go to Daigon Alley to get the stuff they needed for Hogwarts,in order to get to Daigon Alley the had to get this magical powder and through it the the fireplace fire and say where they wanted to go,and then they got sucked in and landed in that place,but the problem with what Harry did was he diden't say it clearly enogh and to get to that place you had to say that name clearly or else it woulden't work.That's why Harry landed somewhere else.The place he landed on was a wierd looking place and in that place he met Draco Malfoy which Harry diden't want to see.Draco Malfoy was a man that used to support voldemort.Draco Malfoy hated Harry.
Opinion:To me the place Harry landed on seemed abandouned because of the way Harry described it,with the big eye the scary masks the blood stained deck of cards.I think Draco Malfoy is going to do something bad to Harry maybe lock him up.Or maybe Ron's mom will go and save him since she's the only one who could because she had not gone through the fire yet.I really want to know what is going to happen to Harry.

Response:It was time for Harry and the other's to return to Hogwarts and in order to go to Hogwarts safely the people had to go on a special train to hogwarts,but when Harry and Ron wanted to go between the wall they coulden't.Then the train left and Ron got an idea he thought they could fly to Hogwarts in his dad's car and turn it invisible.While they were flying almost there the car began to have problems and when they got to Hogwarts the car crashed and the engine broke completly.
Opinion:I think it was a good idea but how will Ron's parents know they are safe and how will they know they left and maybe everyboby diden't get on the train and they were waiting for them on the other side.

Opinion:I think Ron's parents will be mad at him because the car left and becauuse they flew it to Hogwarts.I think that the parents were there but maybe they left Gingy and left back to go look for Ron and Harry.I think they won't get expelled just get in trouble.I also think Ron's dad will lose his job because he works in the magic company and they will find out what he did to the car.

Response:Harry got in trouble by Filch because he made a big mud puddle and Filch was tiered of cleaning so he took Harry to his office and there nerly headless Nick made Peeves drop something so it would distract Filch and would forget about Harry.Then while Filch was gone Harry found a note that said kwikspell and it helped with magic and stuff.Then when Harry heard Filch coming back he put the note in the envelope.Then when Filch came back he found the note on the floor and got really embarressed and asked Harry if he had read it.Harry lied and said no.Then Filch forgot about Harry.
Opinion:I think Filch is not sort of a real wizard because he needs spells to get him out of little things.I think Harry shound not have read the letter because it was not his buisness.

Response:When Hermione ,Ron,and Harrywent to thier next class they asked thier teacher about the Chamber of Secrets and he started to tell them things about it and there use to be a monster in there that Salazar Slytherin had left and he built the Chamber.Also that he diden't like students who were half muuggles,so thats why he built the Chamber and put the monster in it so that the hier could kill the half muggles.Only the hier could controll the monster.Also the Hier has to be in the Slytherin house.
Opinion:I think it's kind of mean that Salazar did that just because the students were half muggle dose'nt meen they can't be good wizards or witches.Like Hermione is half muggle and she's really good at magic.

Response:Steffie had a friend named Quentin that was very nerdy and wierd looking.But they were only friends when they were not in school.The only reason they weren't friends is school is because Steffie had cool friends that diden't like Quentin because of who he was and how he looked.So then Steffie tells Quentin that she has bien doing something domb all along,listening to Olivia.
Opinion:I think Steffie should have never listened to Olivia because she could have lost a good friend like Quentin for listening to her.If i had a friend who was kind of wierd and nobody liked her i would still be friends with her because it dosen't matter what's on the outside what matters is what is in the inside, for the person they really are.

Opinion:I think Louisa should have told him the truth because at the end she is going to hurt his feelings even more.

Response:Elsie had created a little man out of a big lump of clay when she was making it she felt like she was giving it life.And everytime her teacher or her friend wanted to see it she kept destroying it.then there was only five minutes until the bell rung for nutrition and quickly built it again and showed the teacher he gave her an A+.Every time she thought she wasen't good at art ,but she was great.

Opinion:I think she should have never gone through her grandfathers stuff.I think she's going to be in big trouble.In the first place I would have never done that if my grandfather was a magician.

Opinion:I think it was good they made him live in a cardboard box so then Lucy can make fun of him and he could feel what Lucy felt when he made fun of her.And I also think it's funny that he got to live in a card board box that's what he get's for making fun of Lucy pay -back.I feel happy for Lucy because her father can get cured and she can live in a better place and eat something for once and get better clothes for herself.

Response:Harry got lost in a wierd place that was not Diagon Alley.What happened was that Ron's family and Harry were going to go to Daigon Alley to get the stuff they needed for Hogwarts,in order to get to Daigon Alley the had to get this magical powder and through it the the fireplace fire and say where they wanted to go,and then they got sucked in and landed in that place,but the problem with what Harry did was he diden't say it clearly enogh and to get to that place you had to say that name clearly or else it woulden't work.That's why Harry landed somewhere else.The place he landed on was a wierd looking place and in that place he met Draco Malfoy which Harry diden't want to see.Draco Malfoy was a man that used to support voldemort.Draco Malfoy hated Harry.
Opinion:To me the place Harry landed on seemed abandouned because of the way Harry described it,with the big eye the scary masks the blood stained deck of cards.I think Draco Malfoy is going to do something bad to Harry maybe lock him up.Or maybe Ron's mom will go and save him since she's the only one who could because she had not gone through the fire yet.I really want to know what is going to happen to Harry.

Response:When Hermione ,Ron,and Harrywent to thier next class they asked thier teacher about the Chamber of Secrets and he started to tell them things about it and there use to be a monster in there that Salazar Slytherin had left and he built the Chamber.Also that he diden't like students who were half muuggles,so thats why he built the Chamber and put the monster in it so that the hier could kill the half muggles.Only the hier could controll the monster.Also the Hier has to be in the Slytherin house.
Opinion:I think it's kind of mean that Salazar did that just because the students were half muggle dose'nt meen they can't be good wizards or witches.Like Hermione is half muggle and she's really good at magic.

Quote pg.158 "Malfoy,the hier of Slytherin?"
Response:Now Harry and his friends think Draco Malfoy is the hier of the Chamber of Secrets and he is sure mean enough.But if Malfoy is the hier how come Harry and his friends found it and in the book it said no one else could find it except the hier.Also Malfoy dose'nt even know anything about the Chamber.
Opinion:I think Harry might be the hier because in the ceremony the new peole have each year a special hat tells you what house you're going to be in Harry almost got Slytherin but since in his mind he was saying not Slytherin the hat gave him Gryffindor.So he was going to be in Slytherin but he dide'nt want to maybe he was the Chambers hier.And last but not least I think the monster is the vioce that Harry had heard and that the monster killed the cat.

Quote pg.165 "D'you realize how much we're going to have to steal,Hermione?"
Response:Hermione and her friends were going to get a potion that made them turn into different people so that they could get into the Slytherin common room and talk to Draco about the chamber.And all they needed to get was a signiture from a teacher to get the book with the potion in it.And they got it from Lockhart because Hermoine told him the book was to learn more about the one of the lessons in his class she diden't really understand and thought was cool.And he sighned it.
Opinion:I think they might get caught by somebody when they're going to try to steal the stuuf.And what if the potion dose'nt work.Or what if the potion only lasts a certin time and themn while thier talking to Malfoy they will turn back to themselves and get introuble.

Quote pg.169 "Someone's--tampered--with--the--Bludger---"
Response:The day of the first match of quidditch had finally came and while the game was talking place the little Bludger woulde'nt stop following Harry all through the game.It tried to hit him make him fall of it was crazy.And when Malfoy saw Harry he woulde'nt stop laughing.Then when Harry tried to hit the ball the ball almost knocked him off and hurt his arm.At the end Gryffindor won.
Opinion:I think Malfoy or Snape did this because they both don't like Harry.And because Malfoy was laughing at him gives me a clue that maybe he did it.Thats kind of mean though because they woulde'nt like it if the Bludger did thaat to Draco or Snape.

Quote pg.176 "Dobby!"
Response:Dobby came back.When Harry was at the hospital becauseLockhart had left him without bones Dobby came and told Harry why did Harry go back and everything then Harry found out that Dobby was the one who stopped them from going through nine and three quarters he had blocked it!Then Dobby told Harry that he had to iron his hands because of what Dobby had done and then Harry told him he was going to strangle him and Dobby told him that he gets five death threats each day.Then Harry found out Dobby was the one who be-witched the Bludger so that Harry would loose.
Opinion:I was wrong about the Bludger bieng all wierd and that it was either Draco or Snape.I think Dobby is lieng about all the threats and ironing his hands.He almost killed Harry.I also think something bsd might happen to Harry and maybe Dobby is good not bad and he's just warning Harry.
